1. The undersigned hereby forever releases Block Entertainment Group, and any and all companies and entities related to thereto (collectively referred to herein as "Block Entertainment Group"), from any claim, cost, damages, or expense of any kind arising from the display, rebroadcasting, or republication of the undersigned's likeness, voice, and image as captured on the videotape or video-file. The undersigned grants to Block Entertainment Group the right to display, show, reproduce, and otherwise use, without cost or charge, in any media, recording, compact disc, telecommunications, Internet, and any and all media existing or not now existing. Block Entertainment Group shall have the right to use the undersigned's image and voice as they appear on segments filmed or provided by the undersigned, for all purposes relating to Block Entertainment Group world wide educational broadcasts.
2. Block Entertainment Erotic Home Videos Agreement licenses to Block Entertainment Group the right to present all Video tape images, motion pictures, audio and text, which together comprise "the video" for the purposes of promoting the Block Entertainment Group Television Show and Web site (including derivative, successor and/or affiliate products & services). By transmitting or providing materials to us, you automatically grant (or warrant that the owner of such rights has expressly granted) us a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicensable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and distribute such materials or incorporate such materials into any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed throughout the universe. In addition, you warrant that all so-called "moral rights" in those materials have been waived. You agree that Block Entertainment Group shall hold all copyrights to such derivative works.
3.You, the supplier of the Erotic Home Video, possesses all necessary intellectual property rights, interests, and licenses necessary to engage Block Entertainment Group in this agreement.
4.All participants have consented to the performance.
5.You indemnify and holds harmless Block Entertainment Group its officers, directors, and employees against any and all expenses and losses (including reasonable attorneys fees and costs) incurred by Erotic Home Videos in connection with any claims of any kind, including, but not limited to, any intellectual property disputes or other disputes or actions that may result from Erotic Home Video performances.
6. OBSCENITY is FORBIDDEN: In the United States of America, where Block Entertainment Group originates, the following acts are generally considered obscene, and therefore are illegal: Bestiality, urination/defecation (golden/brown showers/enemas), fisting (all five knuckles penetrate), incest, extreme sadomasochism or bondage presented in a sexual context (depictions of rape, torture, etc), and any presentation of minors engaged in intimate physical contact or sexual situations, actual or depicted. Any Erotic Home Video found to have presented content described by the above categories, or who has otherwise presented obscene or illegal content under U.S. law or local law is not allowed.
Warning: The Supreme Court has relegated the definition of obscenity to "local community standards". This means that what is considered obscene in some communities may not be considered obscene in others. A good rule of thumb: Never do anything more "extreme" than what you can see in your local adult book stores or the "adults-only" sections of local video-rental stores.
EROTIC HOME VIDEOS DISCLAIMER: Any video that engages in erotic or nude activity must first file an Age-Release Form, for all performers, with Block Entertainment Group. Please mail the form along with the videotape directly to. It is very important that you send copies of the drivers license of all performers:
